Gomez

I have been a big fan of Gomez for quite some time now. Their next album is being released tomorrow and it is superb as expected. They stick with the sound and lyrical combinations that have made them successful in the past. If you haven't heard Gomez, you can't go wrong choosing any one of their albums. You can listen to the album here. They are scheduled to be playing Day 2 of Lollopalooza this summer. I haven't attended Lollopalooza for about 7 years (maybe longer), but this year's lineup may be too intriguing for me to skip with Modest Mouse, Gomez, Wilco (doesn't look like they will be in Dallas though), The Flaming Lips, TV on the Radio, and many other bands that I would be interested in taking a look at attending.

Gomez - Split The Difference - 9.7/10
