The Beulah show was great
The Beulah show ended up being greatly entertaining. My wife, surprisingly, decided to join me on a "work" night no less. The doors opened at 8:00, and we showed up promptly at 10:00pm. $12 each to get in the door. Dios was on stage when we arrived and I am guessing we missed their first 2-3 songs, but still heard 6-7, and what I heard I was pleasantly surprised with. These guys had a very surfy Grandaddy feel to them. I will be getting their album (Dios-Dios) asap. Their lead singer had a slightly toned down Jack Black feel to him. He jokingly referred to Beulah as "elitist".
After 15 minutes or so of stage setup, Beulah took the stage at 10:45. I am not sure if what I was expecting was a little less energetic, a little more subdued, or whatever, but what I got I enjoyed immensely. They kept my head bopping and my feet tapping for almost one and half hours and on several occasions made me want to jump up and down with the music, but with me being mostly-reserved without alcohol in me I stuck to the head-bopping. Miles mentioned a bladder and urinary tract infection, but there was no evidence of any discomfort in his voice. He kept the crowd going with his witty banter, referencing the Dios elitist comment, referencing their European tour and the mono their keyboard player brought home with him, and bringing several fans on stage at different points to play the tambourine. All in all I am very glad I didn't back out on the account of being sleepy or something of that nature.

The mayor of London called SUV drivers "idiots". I personally own an SUV and am very glad I do.
Have some extra money
How about a Titan Missile Complex? Not many people have one of those, so you can be the first on your block to grab one. Bid on one at ebay.
